Rare Honey

Sage Honey is light in color, heavy bodied and has a mild but delightful flavor. It is extremely slow to granulate, making it a favorite among honey packers for blending with other honeys to slow down granulation. 

Avocado Honey  is known for its thick, rich, molasses-like taste. It is made from the nectar of the blossoms of the California avocado plant.

Avocado Honey makes a great substitute for sugar or molasses and is delightful drizzled over fruits, cakes pies and ice cream.

Orange Blossom Honey is usually light in color and mild to moderate in flavor. But watch out - much of the orange blossom honey on the market is artificially flavored. Real orange blossom honey is mild to moderate and citrus-scented. Our Orange Honey is made from the nectar of the blossoms from California orange trees. 

Clover Honey is the classic honey having a light mild taste of sweetness and floral. Depending on the location and type of source clover, clover honey varies in color from water white to light amber to amber.

Wildflower Honey is light and fruity yet richly flavored at the same time. Often used to describe honey from miscellaneous and undefined flower sources Wildflower Honey can change in color, aroma and flavor profile because every region has its own unique flower source.  

Blackberry Honey has a nice aroma, medium opacity, it is sweet but not overly sweet and has a very thick consistency, almost spreadable. Raw Blackberry Honey has a very high sugar content and is especially for sweet lovers.
